I have javascript that displays a refreshing image to a screen. Before refreshing though, I'd like to choose the image depending on the situation. Webcam sites have private and public images. ie, if the person on the camera is in public chat, any viewer can see him/her. If the performer is in private chat only members paying for the webcam image can see him/her. My goal is to check a performer's status every 5 or ten seconds on the database. If it is private then the publicly viewed image should be a picture saying "He/she is in private. Please return later."
