I'd like to have a clock that shows the date and time in a small always on top window. When you hover over it, the options page shows up. There are options to set the system clock, Timers for alarm clock function, 12/24 hour format, Digital/analog, fonts, colors, size, DST/ST, Time since last boot up, I want it to be able to keep the exact time since I use K9 to get NTP broadcasts. Option to access to set system clock by pushing a button, or at intervals. Whenever you move the clock, position will be save in a disk file, so that on next startup, it start at the proper position. This works great when on standard time, but runs into issues when on Daylight Saving Time. I am looking for an approach to have the system automatically detect DST and make the appropriate adjustment. All 24 time zones should be supported including those that have 1/2 hour adjustments.
