I need a c# winform desktop app. I will also need the source code. Only one form is needed, when I click the button on the winform, the winform will send a signal to the pocket VNA to start testing. After the testing the pocket VNA will generate the csv files. The winform app will need to read the csv files and determine pass or fail. Then it will show on the screen.

When the textbox is given a serial code from a scanner (which is just a string on textbox), the app will need to convert the string into code 128 1D barcode. After that, it will automatically print out the barcode using the printer. At last, It will save the date, time and the printed serial number in excel or notepad.
