I need to add a multiple select dropdown check box to my ads placement form in my application. It is a php script from phpbrobid. I have data in my mysql table. Table columns are id, name, and parent id. The is multiple levels of parent child relation. Display the data in the table till the last level. And note the following: - One can select or unselect all child fields by selecting or unselecting the parent - Dropdown for each parent no matter the level. - The multiple select dropdown check box should work in the ads placement form of the phpprobid script. - Will provide access to the script and table of sample data with multi-level parent child relation. - See attachment for example select dropdown check box.
