By "transparent" I envision a lock that appears to be made of glass, showing clarity and sleekness. We have a simple version that lacks style and quality and must be completely redone (see attachment). We like the form of the lock (noticeably wider at the bottom classic padlock), so try to keep that, but if you find a better idea, it is not a must.
