I am looking to start a small investing community based on Ning. I have made a start but need some help in designing a custom look and some custom features. These are mainly simple things like designing a look and feel based on some sites I have seen and making some changes to default options in ning. I have indicated a budget of USD30 - 250 but could increase it as I may require more help once the initial work is complete. I am flexible on pricing approach - could do on a per hour basis or fixed price.

The programmer build and set up a social network similar to Ning,elgg, or similar social network (the user can set up their own social network) .
