Hello, I need a small utility for Windows CE. It should check a file after regular intervals and if the file has changed then it should send it over TCP/IP connection to another computer. The device is - Siemens HMI, it runs Windows CE 5.0. TCP/IP is working as I can ping other computer. I have to be able to change the path to the file and interval. I will also need full source code. I have 5 mettler weight scales, that I wish to communicate with via RS232, extract the data from the returned string and pass the data on to an I/O server program running on another PC (via Net DDE) that will send that data to an Alen Bradly PLC. The remote program is by Wonderware called ABTCP.exe. The communications port consists of Com1: (standard PC rs232 port), and Com3: thru Com6: whih is four USB ports that have a USB to Serial convert plugged in to each.
