I'm looking to setup a twitch stream originating in China. RTMP streams are typically blocked when pointed directly at a Twitch server. However if a traffic transfer server is setup somewhere close by, say Japan, or Taiwan, then the RTMP stream can be forwarded without issue. I lack the technical know-how to set this up.
