I am in need a letter of intent from an attorney. The letter is required for me to attend the Informa Markets Fashion's Magic Sourcing Show in Las Vegas - August. Since I am starting a new business a letter of intent is required. The only requirements provided are as follows: A letter of intent from an attorney on official letterhead stating the intent to start a new business, the type of business, and anticipated date of opening. I called the show and they said that a digital copy is fine or a scanned copy.
