Write article about dental veneers in English AND German

First of all thanks for taking an interest in my posting.
I’m seeking an experienced article writer/translator (native speakers strongly preferred) to write one dental article in English AND German about dental veneers. You can write about whatever you want as long as the article contains some basic information about veneers (what they are, what they are used for, etc.) and both the English and German version should be about 300 words in length each. You have total creative freedom and can either write the article from scratch or spin an existing one from the internet and the only thing you can’t obviously do is simply copying an existing text from the internet without altering anything as this would get me in trouble for copyright violations.
You can write the article in a simple and straightforward manner as it mainly caters to non-medical professionals, hence the person I'm looking for is not required to have any sorts of medial background. I'd like the person for this job to return the finished article (both versions English and German) in word document format.
In order to be considered for this project you must meet the following requirements:
- Prior experience writing and/or translating texts/articles/press releases
- Excellent English and German language skills (native speakers strongly preferred)
- MS Office proficiency necessary.
