Looking for a someone to help me create a software to scrape for free proxies, once a large list is built, it will test each one to find out the speed (ms), geo location if possible, socket, port, etc.
* You need to know where to find and locate these free proxies
* Ability for me at add more sites in future with DB of proxies
* It will save to csv with lowest ping on top.
* Discard all the dead proxies.
