• daily contact with international clients (helpdesk),
• effective cooperation with colleagues in order to achieve the team goals,
• meeting the project requirements.
Requirements:
• fluent knowledge of Portuguese language, (Spanish Optional)
• very good command of English,
• client focus attitude,
• experience in customer service will be an advantage,
• very good computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
