We are a niche OEM supplier of automotive parts, based in Shanghai. We manufacture timing chain tensioners. We are building a testing rig which will document the performance of our products under different vibration and engine oil pressure conditions. We have a somewhat functional rig which is currently being improved, but we would prefer a set of fresh eyes to design something new from a fresh perspective.
You design it, we build it, we both tweak it until it works.

The rig should be:
Able to control inputs and detect and record changes in resistance of the product when different oil pressures and different vibration frequencies are applied. This will entail connecting appropriate sensors to viable commercially available software. The record should include sine curve analysis and time data series.
First, the vibration specifications:
1. vibrator should be a linear actuator.
2. vibration frequency adjustment range 0-100Hz 3 vibrator vibration amplitude adjustment range 0.15-0.3mm,
Second, the oil supply system specifications:
1. use 5W-30 lubricating oil, oil supply constant hydraulic setting range: 0.3-0.6Mpa
2. oil Temperature heating adjustment temperature range: 30-80 ℃ 3 storage tank volume: 8L
Third, the sensor and matching data acquisition software specifications:
1. plunger real-time reaction force data collection should be formed sinusoidal curve, X axis is the time, Y axis that plunger reaction force
2. The vibration amplitude of the plunger should form a sinusoidal curve with time, the axis represents time, and the Y axis represents the waveform of the vibration amplitude.
3. plunger reaction force and displacement of the plunger should form a "sock" figure
4. sensor range of 100 kgf or more.
5. the test data should be exportable
Of course, we will provide many more details when appropriate. Any level of Chinese language ability would be highly valued (but not essential).
