Photoshop, Simplification & Vecotrization

Hi,

I need someone with experience that can freehand, or tidy with Photoshop in a detailed way, a number of existing images.I have many images to do.

1. Tidy up, re draw image.

2. Simplify it and simplify the colors (depending on complexity of design). Use 5 - 20 Colors max

3. Make a color key for each color as a block below the design

4. Separate each color as a different layer and send as psd @ 300DPI

Please quote what it would cost for the attached image as an example. I need an image done within 2-3 days and have more work if done to satisfaction.

Please send a work sample of a small area with your quote. (just a small area is needed to give me an idea of your quality).
