Website API and Interfaces in PHP

I need an API to accept captcha images and two interfaces one to display captcha images ot user and get input from them and other for the buyers to buy captcha solutions. Please have a look atthese sites to get an idea how both the interfaces must look like [login to view URL] <--- first interface(1) for capcha typers must be like this all options that are avaialbe to users over there i need them all .. [login to view URL] <-- Second interface(2) like this one also the information about api will be available on this site. i need a similar api with some additional options . please login to check I also need to integrate and existing api to my site that looks similar to [login to view URL] for loadbalancing etc. we need to conenct out site to another api as well. so need controls like images in percantage or number sentto ecternal api and laod blancoing between the interface(1) and this api i want a control to manage these settings my self .
