I need a logo designer for an Exercise Festival

My events management team are looking for a freelance logo designer for a exercise festival called ' Active Rise Festival'. Ideally we are looking at trainees in the industry to gain valuable experience in developing a logo for us. The exercise festival focuses on providing people with disabilities and illnesses, the opportunity to participate in exercise. The logo needs to be versatile as our festival has numerous constructs involved that will each have there own identity but will need a repeatable brand logo. We need this logo with white writing but for the image to be red and black. The image will be similar to a disfigured poppy as our event is too raise money for Help for Heroes.
The project time is only one week. We don't want anything generic but we want something that looks exciting and can be adapted by colours for the other identity constructs.
