It is one of prams or strollers accessories. it is a clip that holds on to the pram/stroler ( the shade part) and to the customers ( the parent!) own baby wrap/ blanket. many strollers have their own covers, but for some reason, mums ( including myself) need that extra cover and we use our own wrap or blanket, depending on the weather to cover the stroller when baby is a sleep or need that shade to try to put baby a sleep. as shown inthe picture attached, the plastic ( rain proof) cover is great but mums need that shade provided by a normal material wrap yet breathable material to cover the stroller while baby is a sleep. so I thought of that clip,( pretty simple yet practical) with a funky, in fashion design face to it, for boys and girls or for a stylish mum taste ( for example: a rose gold metal with a zigzag shape, or just a simple metal rose gold circle with her baby;s name engraved on it :) )
so that clip will have that funky face, underneath it a flexible clip that goes both ways ( towards the pram and one towards the cover), made out of good quality plastic and the face is plastic or metal. think of the clip as a peg or a folder clip but smaller and much stronger grip.
the clip shown below in the photo, is pretty much doing the same job, but i needed it to be prettier and for the actual clip " mouth " not to be seen and the excess material at the to is actually hidden because the tip of the material will be attached to the clip.
