Flash 8 smileys component(repost)(repost)

We? need a Flash 8 compatible component (text input, dynamic text, rich edit, etc. at your choice) that will allow us to both type and show graphical smileys the way they appear on yahoo messenger and other chat software programs.

We need the same components:

1. window where will be able to type html formatted text and smileys.

2. window? with scrolling bar that will be able to? show html formatted text and smileys.

3. smileys popup button as in the above example.

Smileys must preserve their position and don't go over or under text, when large portions of texts are inserted.

The component(s) must be Flash 8 compatible.

We prefer to work with a coder that already developed a similar project, and a sample of your work would be great to be attached to your bid.
