I am looking for a database website that serves as a customer form. This form will be used by customers to fill in various fields. Upon submitting the form, they will automatically receive a comprehensive response based on the information they provided. Key Requirements: - The customer form should include fields for Name, Contact information, Address, Location, Product or Service details, Width and Height, Dimensions, and Vertical or Horizontal preference. - The form should have an inbuilt auto-calculation feature that computes the Total cost, based on the area calculated, and any additional amount based on the customer's requirements. Delivery of Reverted Information: - The system should trigger an automated response to the customer. This can be in the form of an Email, a Website notification, or both. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in web development and database management. - Experience in creating custom forms with complex calculations. - Knowledge of automated response systems for websites. - Attention to detail, as accuracy in calculations is crucial for this project.
