Project Management Site

I require the implementation of a project management website for tracking customer projects. The basic requirements of the site are as follows: * Static informational pages about available services. * Basic contact form where customers can submit an email with questions about services and prices. * User registration with email confirmation. * User login with forgot password facility. * Different access levels such as customer, engineer, and project manager Customer dashboard where they can view all their projects and what status their project is in (requirements gathering, development, pending payment, completed) * Main project page containing project overview which is a single informational page written by the project manager. * Project tasks which are created by engineers or project managers, and can have a status of planning, in progress, waiting for user acceptance testing or completed. * Project issues (or bugs), which can be raised by the customer and are assigned by the project manager to the engineers. ? When an issue is changed from open to resolved the customer and the project manager should be emailed about the change. * Integrate with FreshBooks API to generate invoices for the customers. These are obviously fairly broad requirements, the finer details of which will need to be refined. Accepted solutions would use Java, Ruby on Rails, Python, Perl or Drupal and will be hosted on a Linux web server with MySQL available. PHP and ASP solutions will not be accepted.
