API integration Gravity Forms/Wordpress 3rd party API

Our client has a Wordpress site with a Gravity Forms application. They are switching to a new payment processor who has an API with a sandbox on swagger, and the API in github. There is no documentation otherwise. I can send the sandbox info via PM.
Workflow:
User submits form with payment information
Authentication info is sent to 3rd party API to create payment session/token
Form payment information is sent
Success/fail response is received
Gravity Forms receives the response and processes based on the result.
We tried this project with another developer and it became clear that we need a PHP expert. It's very important that we use the gravity forms API as much as possible, possibly including gravity forms after submission, etc.
Requirements:
Expert PHP skills
Advanced WordPress and Gravity Forms knowledge
Advanced knowledge of API authentication
Advanced knowledge of 3rd party API integration
US preferred, but open to overseas if you have excellent English and 10am-2pm PT availability during the project
Optional: Ability to code a WordPress plugin (or admin dashboard) where key/secret and form details can be changed for other forms.
