I am seeking an IT recruiter executive with 2-3 years of experience who specializes in the technology sector. With a main focus on technical sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing assessment, this role heavily emphasizes these key areas.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in IT software recruitment.
- Good understanding of staff augmentation process.
- Experience in business development will be a plus.
- Proven experience in technical sourcing.
- Well versed with Software terminologies.
- Proficient in candidate screening.
- Skilled at conducting interviewing and assessments.
- Good experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 4 hours per day (during IST business hours only)
- INR 10,000 per month.
- Must be available on calls and chat during working hours.
- Candidates from INDIA only
