I am looking for a state of the art brand new 3rd person shooter using 3d flash for online game play. I have funding available and am looking for a fast turnaround time on the project. The web site will be based on the website name of IraqiWars.com. I will be looking only for advanced developers of online games and 3d flash with experience in mmorpg game development. Please do not apply if you do not have the advanced skills needed to complete this project.
Game play:
Upgradable levels with unlimited possibility need to have the possibility to upgrade as funding grows with the game.
Users level with experience from battles
Enemies gain difficulty based on the users level, and experience the more experienced and higher level the harder the game will get
Weapons, armor, specialty items available with upgrades both with levels and with PayPal.
The user will be played in 3rd person view as to make rendering easy they will be multiple levels where users can battle an enemy or other online players with a ranking level restriction as to make the game fun and hard/easy for the difference levels and experiences.
Monetization:
In game purchases of levels, weapons, armor, and special items
I would like a preload video with an ad rotation built in if possible, at minimum an intro video
Game will be free to play
Other aspects I would like delivery of the game within 2 months, I would like to only pay a small starting fee and then 2 payments with one being at demo and one being one delivery.
