My more than (25) twenty five years in the LEGAL PROFESSION, both as a LECTURER and LAWYER frequently engaged in LEGAL CONSULTANCY services for Local, Regional and International Organizations enables me to understand legal issues, frame and relevantly respond to such issues through application of the appropriate legal principles and terminologies, draft legal and other general documents, frame and prepare legal opinion, pleadings, conveyances, and provide Legal Consultancy on a wide range of issues, both Domestic and Global. As a lawyer, I have successfully provided (and continue to do) LEGAL CONSULTANCY services to many litigants through legal advise and drafting of their relevant pleadings in PRO SE matters in US, AUSTRALIA, UAE, KENYA, TANZANIA and other jurisdictions. I conceptualize and draft all relevant legal documents including contracts, wills, conveyances and Intellectual Property protections, Human Resource Policies & Code of Conduct, Service Level Agreements and presentation of LEGAL OPINION on diverse matters. My advisory team comprises of a Certified Psychiatrist, a Certified Accountant , an Economist, and an IT expert and hence, I guarantee submission of accurate and VERIFIED Legal Opinion. As a LECTURER, I do engage in training students for Undergraduate, CPA, ACCA, and MANAGEMENT courses with specialization in LAW and BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. Not only do I prepare students for their respective termly and final examinations, but I also train them in the drafting and presentation of their college applications such as STATEMENTS Of PURPOSE, and presentation of DISSERTATIONS and THESIS. On these, my pass rate has remained at an impressive above 87%. Additionally, I am a stickler for detail and, with IMPECCABLE English which I always apply in preparation of clients' CURRICULUM VITAE, LETTERS OF REFERENCE, COVER LETTERS and such other requisite documentation for specific public or private purposes. I am also talented in EVENTS PLANNING and MANAGEMENT, with creativity in good story telling and essay/SCRIPT WRITING. To this end, I have drafted many publications through GHOST WRITING. Having worked in multi-cultural settings in various countries namely my mother country KENYA, DJIBUTI and RWANDA, and undertaken my University studies in INDIA where I lived for many years, I am able to appreciate multi-cultural and legal disparities more vividly and effortlessly embrace them.
