I started in direct marketing copywriting, became skilled at a variety of technical writing specialties (IT, aerospace, legal, medical, industrial food service, project management).
I research, plan, scope and create effective bespoke learning design experiences that build confidence and practical competence. My goal is to improve customer experience (CX) and support leaders to ensure their employees can deliver what their organisation promises in a cost-effective and practical way -- primarily in financial services and government.
