My technical career started as an Intern at Blue Baboon Digital getting to learn how to install WordPress on servers, create and manage databases, customise themes, create and manage content, migrate a site from testing domains to client domains. The strong background on the web development side from the undergraduate projects challenged me to push myself and was soon promoted to Project Support Technician, overlooking major responsibilities from Business to Technical. I got to interact with clients personally to understand business requirements on a deeper level, provide valuable inputs from past experience both as a user and a learner. Part of my responsibility is to liaise with senior technical staff, administrative support, creative and managing directors. All of this has been exhilarating and helped me improve my time management, multi-task, take prime decisions with confidence and leadership skills.
