Booking & Manage A/R and A/P and perform monthly reconciliations to records i n general ledger  Monitor accounts receivable & collections  Monitor accounts payable, payment and expense charging of Operations  Reconcile monthly bank accounts & cash  Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the vendor and/or other employees  Checking & ensure accuracy figures of all transactions incurred in month  Reconcile and check monthly tax reports VAT  Prepare costs vs. Budget reviews, analyze variances  Other duties upon the request of Finance Manager & BOD
