Mohammed Eid an architect and interior designer with a bachelor's degree in architecture and urban planning with solid knowledge of building systems and technologies through my 8 years of experience in the field participating in a lot of large scale and small projects of all kinds residential, commercial, office buildings, towers, and religious buildings locally and globally going through all the design phases such as : 1- Starting the project from it's very beginning where the conceptual design and high quality 3D visualisation and\or animation of the project takes place 2- municipality/permit working drawings keeping in mind all requirements and specifications using international building codes such as (IBC, NFPA, ADA...etc) 3- tender drawings and preparation of bills of quantities for estimate pricing keeping in mind environmental, social and economical requirements . 4- Schematic design and coordination with structural/electrical/MEP drawings. 4- achieving sustainability and aesthetic within a convenient budget by using environment friendly materials and finishes and using natural resources in creating natural ventilation and natural lighting from solar systems and maintaining the best use of water supply and drainage without any waste using systems like the gray water system. 5- Working drawings and highly detailed workshop drawings including dimensions and heights necessary for the construction or implementation phase.
