I am an university educated graduate of Masters in Business Administration, I am proficient in all MS Office applications, has high level of business etiquette and a strong team player. I have managed call center campaigns in the past and has strong background in HP Customer Support- Up-selling, Education Lead Generation, Home Improvement Appointment setting, and Holiday campaigns. My task includes, calling leads and business partners to set up appointment with our clients, maintaining calendar and activities and other administrative functions.
