Our main product is a kit used by contractors to build showers, and it comes in multiple boxes, is large, and heavy. We offer a flat rate on a single kit, but once someone orders multiple kits, they have to be sent on a pallet via FedEx Freight. The WooCommerce FedEx plugin does not allow us to control freight class or account for the fact that the kit comes in multiple boxes.
