I have also applied the 'Tighter vb integration' hack from the cerberus forum which is supposed to add cookie support and a register link (directs to forum register page). We have a helpdesk application where we want to allow incoming tickets via email to be posted directly to a mysql database. What is required is a php parse script to read the incoming email from a pop3 account (we would handle cron job to run checks) and post it into a simple mysql database which could then be read by our existing helpdesk application. From the looks of things it would only need to post to one table in the DB which holds the ticket details. Possibly two tables at the most. The email also contains an attachment of an image that we would want to post to the mysql table.
