Pro pracovní projekt potřebuji zajistit webscrapping jedné webové stránky (nejlépe pomocí Octoparse) vytvoření dvou relačních databází (malé datové sety, jedny jako výsledek webscrappingu, druhé dvě Excel tabulky) pomocí SQL, včetně jednoduché prediktivní analýzy, a grafické zobrazení dashboardu v Power BI. Dat je málo, tedy věřím, že pro zkušeného datového analytika je to práce max. na pár hodin, mně to však velmi pomůže.
Znalost JavaSE/EE a relačních databází. Angular znát není třeba, stačí vůle se ho naučit. Min. 3 roky zkušenost s komerčním vývojem. Znalost automatických testů. Dovednost domluvit se s kolegy anglicky (min B1). Par hodin prace s kontingencnimi tabulkami ve dvou souborech Excel.
Jedná se o vytvoření ekonomických posouzení investic do realit. Po vzájemné dohodě dojde k zadání základních parametrů a informací, které je zapotřebí posoudit pomocí ekonomických ukazatelů jako jsou IRR, CASH FLOW, YIELD, ROI, ROE. K tento činnosti je nutné perfektně ovládat Excel a mít vzdělání ekonomického zaměření ideálně se zaměřením na realitní trh a investice na tomto trhu.
Krátkodobá a dlouhodobá půjčovna elektromobilů: - Datábáze vozidel (současná evidence v excelu) - Databáze zákazníků (CRM) - Automatizované vytváření dokumentace: smluv, předávacích protokolů, fakturace, pojistných smluv a jejich následné zálohování.
