Requirements: 1- Login screen 2- Select image from file system 3- Preprocess image - Resize or make some basic image enhancements (RGB, ToGray,ToBlack&White, Resize, apply some preset filters). Opencv should be used 4- Run my algorithm to image and show generated new image (i will implement that part, i need just some dummy function call here at your delivery) 5- Show result image and save output as new image to file system 6- Compile the code for windows.
