I want someone who can make me a telegram bot that will send a message to my group chat every hour, asking to 'drop usernames'. After sending this message, the bot will compile the messages sent from the group members and compile a list. Then after 10 minutes of initially asking to 'drop usernames', the telegram bot will send the compiled list to the group chat. Then users will say 'D' or 'Done' and their telegram usernames will be removed from the list, and after 10 minutes of sending the compiled list, the bot will send the list again BUT this time without the people who said 'D' or 'Done'. Then after 10 minutes again, and again, until 40 minutes have elapsed. And then the bot will repeat this every hour, 24/7.
