Plenty Of Fish (POF) Clone Script (second time post)

We are interested with someone who can develop a similar dating app like that of Plenty Of Fish (POF). It is the second time we post this work. All of the modules used in the above dating sites are required. It has to have admin PANEL/Admin Interface and written on android native language. It shouldn't be user friendly to modify contents on the website. Below are some of the requirements in summery other than the module mentioned above: Server side / admin portal - Database can bs mssql or other databases - Development language: c# - Should have admin portal to manage users and app settings - Should support different localization languages - Should be hosted in windows server -should have proper error and info logging Client side / android app - Native android code for now. We will work with you once the android development finished. Ideally, the winner will have previous experience of dating scripts with code security in mind. I am looking for a quality and secure, clean and simple app. The winner will need to comprehend the requirements from both a user and admin perspectives. We prefer to see live demos if you have already created such a script in the past. I am not interested in any pre-purchased software and/or scripts or anything other than what I have requested. Please no pre-written pasted responses with bids either. Please only respond if you believe you can fully fulfill my request. Our requirement is very simple, and clear.
