Fix a simple Quickbooks Online error

I have a problem with my Paypal account in Quickbooks Online. I paid $60 for a software in January but now received a refund because it didn't work. QB found this new transaction (the refund) and I clicked the "match" button (-60 + 60 = 0). In my Paypal account, I now had $60 and made a payment for $29. So in Paypal I now have $31 but "in quickbooks" it shows as -$29 (0-29=-29). Somehow the $60 are missing. If you feel confident you can fix this or know what happened, please apply and state how long it will take to fix this. I expect this to be a simple thing that should take less than 1 hour. I'm new to quickbooks, so problems like this may happen frequently and I don't have an accountant yet. If you are easy to work with and able to fix this problem quickly, I'd be happy to give you more work in the future.
