Chrome & firefox Extension ( replace youtube player ) with our customized one

Hello there ** by bidding on this project you must agree not to give the code to anyone or reuse it in any way or form without a written permission from me ** I want to make extension for firefox and chrome that Replaces youtube Video player with customized one that will have extra functions and features : 1- the ability to customize the shape and the entire video player including the existing buttons , the overlay bar ... etc 2- this is not an ad blocker application so youtube ads should still appear as normal 3- Add another setting button next to the one already exists that have enable and disable button that's connected to a function ( i might need it later so just do it and leave the function empty for now ) 4- Also add an OVERLAY function when it trigger it forces the player to pause and cover the whole player with a simple over lay (that i can use later to explain the new theme design of the extension so it should be animation friendly ) 5- video seeker should also be fetched and avialable for me to modify along with the viewed red bar and get it's viewed % 6- If the used is logged to youtube i want to fetch his name , viewed videos and viewed video's % ( i may use it later ) 7- Find a way to make it possible on android and IOS as well ( all versions or as many as possible smoothly with no lag ) ** the final shape of the customized youtube should include all the original features just with the ability for me to modify them and make youtube player theme out of it ** Define in your bid how much time it would take and the cost , it's a free ( non profitable at least till now ) and tide budget project so the lower the cost the better ** Happy bidding
