expert needed to create android game IQ monopoly

android game IQ Monopoly, hav normal game run like monopoly + question which ask latest news, selected standard (primary year1 - year6)+ etc... those question will let AI collect automatically from the network.(or admin set questions then place them into a platform or whatever for AI to do scanning then place those questions into diffent category which been set) (or just admin set questions and place them into diffent category ) can giv feedback, and hav a platform let admin to check those feedback, with those feedback can let admin to analyze and add or delete questions according to those feedback from players this IQ monopoly is just down line game not online so no people versus people (pvp) so after install this IQ monopoly can just only login with their own device. ( login with google app accound) and also can hav a ranking id needed. as why i create this IQ Monopoly is because its easy to pick up for childrens as its just throw dice, make moves, buy or not, answer question if correct can get discount to buy that place if answer wrong no punishment, so means that a player has more knowledge then will sure make win compare to Ai players, since Monopoly need luck right? but IQ Monopoly luck + knowledge or just need knowledge then can make win. this game can also make pvp but thats another story since this IQ Monopoly is just for childrens before Primary year 6. ms those are my design can i ask what more i need to input? - for the AI part do this 2nd choise admin set questions then place them into a platform or whatever for AI to do scanning then place those questions into diffent category which been set
