animated video length of 5 mins or bit less

greetings, am looking to make a video for my song, i would like to make a video with human elements but i cant as i am short of funds, so i will go with animated one, something like this : [login to view URL] the song storyboard is full of thuggish and explicit content, i will prefer an african american video maker to do it for me, someone who is familiar with hood culture, so if he go through the story board he will understand the concept and deliver me what i need. even if you are not african american you can still bid but you must be familiar who hood ,ghetto projects culture in the united states. storyboard and lyrics will be shared later once i find my service provider. hope to find the right person to do it
