Data Entry Clerk

Data Entry Clerk for our Grass Valley, CA office. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for timely and accurate processing of a high volume of insurance policy documents within established service guidelines. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and quality data entry. Essential Functions: Receive and organize data from customers and attach to the proper account in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Respond to customer inquiries and issues, following through to completion and total customer satisfaction. Process all data timely and accurately to avoid errors and rework in addition to meeting target performance metrics. Perform in accordance with and maintain published standards by following processes and procedures to remain in compliance at all times. Promote teamwork and efficiencies within the department by supporting other team members when needed. Other duties as assigned.
