I have experience in Siri, Cortana, etc. As you know, training is very important step to improve the accuracy of machine learning. At first, I should confirm the accuracy for the bot using Siri or Alexa, etc. If accuracy is high, training is not needed. And then I can implement the entire solution. Considering how you have explained your project , I find two aspects to this 1) A automated BOT that can collect instructions , access your DATABASE for inventory items and their cost and place the order 2) Interact with your POS , authenticate a transaction and then log in the sale and generate invoice receipts for the customer and also email the same to the customer So , as you can see , I need 3 information from you 1) What kind of a server do you have ? 2) What kind of API do you use ? 3) What kind of Cron-Job setup do you have ?
