Asterisk server set up with mysql and PHP

I need to install Asterisk on a server, use mysql as my database, and customize the set up with PHP. I need it in PHP because i will customize it further with my inhouse PHP staff. I have many DID numbers, IVRs, and extensions for at least 10 businesses. However i need to record and display the call recording info separately for each business. Each business has its own DID number and inbound route. Im wondering if it is possible to run some software that transcribes all the calls and sends them to my email. also and scans for keywords, such as "speak to the manager" "i want a refund" "there are errors on my file" or anything else that would be of importance to me. Currently my voice mail is non existent, i need the voice mails to get sent to custom service emails. A different one for each inbound route. I need to be able to select on a calender which are the holidays , so when its christmas, thanks giving, independence day, or any day i select it will inform customers that we are not working that day. I need a caller queue, currently if someone doesn't pick up the call it says we are not available and goes to voice mail. If needed i need customer to know that we are servicing other clients and that we will be with them soon. And to have a call back feature. Additionally, i need call history for each inbound route separately, info on missed calls , call length, etcetera To summarize, i need a custom PBX set up. My freepbx setup is trash and i need custom things.
