Hello, I have a floorplan and would like someone experienced (preferable with an architectural background) who can advise about possible changes (and tell me why). The existing floorplan consists of 3 individual houses (touching each other) but they needs to be joined as a single one as the idea is to convert the individual units as one B&B unit. (While at the same time trying to have the project being developed in phases, as oppose to developed everything at the same time) I just need advice at this point, to facilitate the sharing of ideas you can sketch over my siteplan with photoshop etc according to your advice. (I don’t need actual cad drawings at this point) i will provide the siteplan so you can better place your bid. happy bidding regards jo

My suggestion is to have rough drawings that are measured so that as a designer, I could work up suggestions as to actually show you in drawing form how this could work.
