Hi I would love to help you with your layout drawings and electrical plans for the same. I would also need existing drawings of the church and lower floor office layout as well as a site plan if possible and the address of the site so that i can look it up and get an idea of the surroundings. I would also include sample elevations and sections as required to give you a better understanding of how the entire development would look like within context of the existing built form as well as the surroundings. We can go through the design briefs and iterate through possible layout combinations for you to approve before finalizing and freezing on the design. Regards Soumitra

Hello Sir/Madam, I have read the brief and would like to draw up some options for you, since I am trying to earn some reviews on this website I would like to offer my services at a minimum price as quoted above. If awarded, I would complete the project in following phases : a) three layout options to choose from - single line plans - in a pdf format b) once we finalize the layout will deliver a detailed plan which includes furniture, room measurements etc c) once we are through with the above deliverables - will create an electrical layout can also advise on light fixture specifications if required.
