Simple Iphone/Android/Ipad game (Need FAST)

Hi all, I need a really simple Iphone/Ipad and android Game. _It will be in 2D with a look similar to Cut the rope( simple but cute) _It's a puzzle that will need physic's as it's about throwing an elements. _You will provide a complete game, but you can use very simple graphics and little particle effect! _I will provide you the sound effect and music so you integrate them. _I will only pay bug free app once it's approved from the appstore(I can make a milestone payment once the game is at 60%) _I will provide more information to the closest bidder to my requirement(pictures of prototype and more explanation) _You can use any engine that doesn't have license issue when the app are on the appstore/market! (please tell me before if you expect to use one.) Please respond only if you already made at least 3 games on these platform already released. I have a small budget of 400$, so don't overprice too much your bid. I don't think a good developper will need more than 20 hours for this. If this project is successful, I will probably work with the winner again for at least 3 app right after this one. (and maybe 1 more but will need a team.)
