Need .net core (web API) developer to create shopify webhook receiver

Hi, I am having more than 12 years of experience in .NET Technologies (ASP .NET Core, ASP .NET MVC, ASP .NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript ,SQL Server, NOPCommerce, Shopify and AspDotNetStoreFront). I have gone through the project description and am able to understand that I have to create .NET Core web API for webhook receivers.
