Dear Sir/Madam I would be grateful if you could provide me with a free, fixed price, no obligation quote for the following:　 Drawing up the following for a limited company businesses, which I am hoping to start: For the purposes of this email, I have called the business ''Educomm" I appreciate that there will no doubt be things in this email which are perhaps long winded and which I am plain wrong and totally confused about. I have tried, as a lay person who cannot afford to pay a high street lawyer, to cobble together as best I can the information below, so my apologies if I come across as a bit arrogant and thinking that I know all about the law - because I know I definitely do not! Hence my desire to ask someone who knows what they are talking about to help me! 1/ A B2B terms of engagement contract - in easy to understand language, where possible. 2/ A B2C terms of engagement contract - in easy to understand language, where possible. 3/ A notice of a 14 day cooling off period and cancellation form (which I will send to consumers, regardless of whether they want a 14 day cooling off period) I have assembled a sample notice of a 14 day cooling off period and cancellation form, along with a complaints policy and procedure, at the end of this email, which I am thinking of using. Perhaps your quote could include the cost of letting me know if these forms are acceptable. I really do not want to fall foul of trading standards laws. 4/ A privacy policy 5/ A cookie policy 6/ A terms of use of the website policy 7/ A website and email technical disclaimer notice. 8/ A website, email and other literature legal disclaimer notice along the lines of "You accept and agree that any information of any kind on any of Educomm's websites, blogs, vlogs, emails or in any literature connected with Educomm, is only intended as an 'invitation to treat' and NOT an offer, unless stated otherwise in writing. You accept and agree that Educomm is not liable for any errors or omissions which appear on its websites, blogs, vlogs, emails or in any literature or in any descriptions of anything, whether written or verbal. You also accept and agree that any information of any kind on any of Educomm's websites, blogs, vlogs, emails or in any literature connected with Educomm, is not intended as advice and it should not be relied upon as advice, and independent professional advice should always be sought. You also accept and agree to the above if, at any point, you subscribe to receive emails from Educomm for any purpose, such as, but not limited to, marketing emails. You also give permission for Educomm to export any email addresses that you provide it with - to third party organisations - for the purposes of enabling Educomm to send you emails. 9/ A safeguarding policy. 10/ A complaints policy and procedure (sample below) 11/ Legally protecting my logo and company name. 12/ I would also be grateful if your quote could include the cost of advising me how to present my website and converse with a customer in the context of only issuing an 'invitation to treat' rather than me 'making an offer' before I send the final email confirming what I am able do for the potential customer and at what cost to the potential customer. This area confuses me. For instance, I am thinking of putting at the top of any quote before the final quote - that this is only an invitation to treat and not an offer.
