Pool Skimmer - Extruded PVC

Hope this letter finds you well. Our company is looking for 5000 units of extruded PVC schedule 80. The project will need to be completed with fabric, packaging and shipping. The location of delivery will be in Tampa Florida, USA. Here are the requirements. We are looking for this product to be extruded PVC Plastic and made into a ring that is water tight. 1. PVC Extruded pipe 15mm x 1.59mm wall thickness in a 610 mm in diameter. Image A a. Pipe must be connected to end and have a water tight seal. b. 5.7 grams of PVC per ring 2. Fabric Stretch Mesh 90% Nylon 10% Spandex (Rex Fabric US) (must be chlorine safe) Image B a. Used for the border. b. 102 mm wide covers from mesh to outside border. c. Color is orange. 3. Polyester 100% (must be chlorine safe) Image C a. White in color utility mesh. b. Does not stretch c. Vent holes will be 2mm open. d. 406 mm diameter 4. Retail package display card 8.5” x 11.0” Image D a. Will have 2 folds one at 5 inches and 1-inch mark b. 2 ply cardboard or chip board c. Printing on one side d. Front will describe product e. Rear side will be warnings and cautions 5. Company logo printed on fabric. Image E a. Silk screen with our logo b. Printed on 4” boarder fabric.
