Quality Check (QC) of Data Entry Project - 5 Fields out of 31 Fields ONLY - 26000 Forms

Our Data Entry form consists of 31 fields. Our in-house team does Quality Check (QC) for 26 fields however for 5 fields we need to hire an experienced company that can do 100% accurate Quality Check (QC) for 5 fields. There is no room for error in those fields. If you have no experience in Data Entry or Quality Check (QC) work, please dont apply and waste my time. Only professionals with experience and a sharp eye to catch mistakes should apply for this job. Our data entry staff is very experienced so the number of mistakes in those 5 fields shouldn't be much and 70% of the entries should be perfect without any issues. Right now, i have about 14000 records ready so the company who is awarded the contract gets to start on the work immediately. The rest 12000 records will be provided in batches of 1000-1200 records a day as and when our staff completes the data entry work. If you have no feedback, do not apply. In case of no feedback, show me other Freelancer profiles where you might have accumulated hours in similar work. I am not looking for individuals trying to make quick money as this is a long term project and if you do a great job the first time, you will be awarded QC work for 30000 forms every month with much better payouts. I am looking for a professional company or set of individuals who can assure 100% accuracy in Quality Check (QC) work. If QC is not done properly we can loose our payment so as much easy as this may sound, it requires a lot of dedication and concentration. May the best team get the project. All the best.
