I have been selling on Amazon for just under a year and I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to run a amazon store. This is a Europe store covering France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. This is a dropshipping store so no inventory is held. The Virtual Assistant will need to be able to list profitable items, manage any refunds, returns and manage customer service. Also making sure we are winning the buy box. Keeping in line with violations, policies and procedures by checking performance notifications. Entering valid tracking information and responding to any customer queries.
